About the role:
This is a full time permanent position that will be based in Dublin. Hybrid work environment, supported by state-of-the-art IT systems and software management tools is also a possibility. Travel for work on sites within Dublin and sites across Ireland will be an integral part of the role with occasional overnight stays required.
What you will be doing:

Desk based studies for a range of projects;
-
Site investigation, sampling and monitoring of water, soil and waste materials;

Logging of trial pits and boreholes and supervising drilling crews;

Coordinating sampling programmes, liaising with clients and sub-contracts including labs, equipment suppliers, site investigation contractors;

Data analysis and interpretation;

Preparation of technical reports and other deliverables.
What we expect from you:
-
Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology or Environmental Science/Engineering with a Master’s Degree preferable;

Experience of site/field work including water/soil/contaminated land sampling would be advantageous;

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and GIS packages is a key requirement;

Understanding of environmental legislation, H&S and industry best practice standards/guidelines;

Full clean drivers license required.
