We are looking for an LVIA consultant to assist with our high volume of broad-ranging development projects, which include coastal, countryside and urban settings. This consultancy is a specialist landscape and visual consultancy preparing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) for many of Ireland’s largest commercial and infrastructural developments. The ideal candidate is a qualified Landscape Architect or Planner and has excellent written communication skills and experience in landscape planning. However, the latter is not essential for appropriately qualified candidates looking for a rewarding career shift.
Skills and knowledge should include;
- working knowledge of the Irish planning system
- highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage a team with numerous projects and deadlines
- highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- a passion for landscape
- strong communication skills and be an excellent team player who contributes to the continued growth of the company
- a full driver’s licence
