Education & Experience
- Level 8 qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- A Project Management-specific qualification is a bonus!
Technical Expertise
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and quality standards (QMS/EMS/OHSAS).
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and invoicing.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with construction contracts and consultancy engagement conditions.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Sharp problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
