We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s Transportation team based in Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, or Galway office. Our company focuses on innovative design, technical excellence, and fostering a trusted partner approach to delivery with our clients. We are looking for individuals who are creative, organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with experience in delivering multi-disciplinary designs. The ideal candidate would be a Chartered Engineer with a background in engineering, as the role involves working closely with industry-leading clients and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to lead projects of varying sizes and complexity, and there may be opportunities to work in other complementary sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Senior/Deputy Project Manager on multi-disciplinary transportation projects.

Take ownership of contract and commercial management.

Manage the design process.
-
Develop tender proposals, support bids, and win new commissions.
Desirable Skills/Attributes:
-
Educated to degree level (level 8/9 engineering degree).

Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience, primarily in a consultancy environment.

Chartered or near to Chartered with a professional institution such as Engineers Ireland.

Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland/UK.

Experience throughout all stages of a project life cycle.

Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team.

Strong potential for growth to take on more senior roles and responsibilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery.

Awareness of developing technologies and best practices in the industry.

Confidence to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.

Effective communicator (written, verbal, and presentations).

Willingness to develop and build client relationships.

Full driving license.
