QEHS Officer (Infrastructure)

As a QEHS Officer, your role will be to provide day-to-day administrative support and expertise in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) to the company. You will play a vital role in managing, coordinating, delivering, and maintaining our accredited standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and Achilles. Your professionalism and effectiveness will contribute to the success of QEHS initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead our accredited systems, including Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), and Achilles within the company

  • Maintain and develop the company’s Quality Management System

  • Maintain and develop the company’s Environmental Management System

  • Maintain and develop the company’s Occupational Health and Safety System

  • Conduct regular internal audits on all projects

  • Prepare the company for external audits and coordinate necessary actions

  • Prepare monthly management reports and annual management reviews

  • Coordinate internal Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety meetings

  • Provide support for QEHS initiatives

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ideally, hold a Level 7 or 8 qualifications in Quality Management and/or Occupational Health and Safety

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

  • Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is desirable

  • Experience in preparing for and conducting ISO audits

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF, with strong and accurate typing skills in Microsoft Word

  • Experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint

  • High-energy individual with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Efficient work methods

  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
