Your Role:

As a Senior IMS Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Environment Group, with the option to work primarily from the comfort of your home (within the UK) initially. Will be provided you with all the necessary IT equipment and software to ensure seamless remote work. Rest assured, we value long-term arrangements that best suit your lifestyle and aspirations.

Join a vibrant and supportive team as you take the lead in delivering outstanding projects, exceptional customer service, and tangible results. From collaborating with diverse clients – spanning industrial and commercial sectors – to managing projects both strategic and operational, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing management systems (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, 50001, 22301).

  • Providing training and facilitating workshops.

  • Crafting sustainability strategies.

  • Exploring innovative areas like circular economy, resource efficiency, and sustainable procurement.

  • Navigating environmental compliance and permitting.

  • Reducing waste through lean manufacturing practices.

  • Managing chemicals and waste responsibly.

  • Conducting life cycle analyses.

Your unique skill set will shine in this role, characterized by:

  • Auditing expertise.

  • Meticulous research capabilities.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and training delivery.

  • Sharp business acumen.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Creativity in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Fluency in English.

Your experience includes: 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields like environmental management, business, and environment, chemistry, or quality management.

  • Membership in a related professional institute (e.g., IEMA, CQI).

  • Desired progress towards CEnv professional registration.

  • Internal or lead auditor qualifications.

  • Robust experience aligned with the technical project areas.
